DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

For home deliveries of large volume products such as solar panels, batteries, cabinets, etc. These will be delivered to the street. At the time of delivery, the Customer must carefully verify the condition in which the merchandise is delivered and the number of packages delivered as indicated on the carrier's delivery note.

In the event of errors in the delivery received or if it is visibly damaged, it is important that this is reflected on the carrier's delivery note and that these facts are brought to the attention of Wabi Solar within 24 hours by email to orders@wabisolar.it or by any other means.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

The Client will have access to the My Orders menu to know the status of the processing of their order request.

The estimated delivery time for home deliveries is three (3) and seven (7) business days for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Wabi Solar and its partners will do everything possible to meet the indicated delivery time, informing the Client via email or telephone of any circumstance that may affect the usual delivery time of which they are aware.

AVAILABILITY:

Since Wabi Solar's online catalogue contains the availability of products that can be found locally in other cities or countries, it may be necessary to make several shipments and therefore partial deliveries in order to complete the order in its entirety when ordering more than one product.

In the case of confirmed orders in which there are products with different delivery times, by default Wabi Solar will process the shipment when all products are available.

IMPORTANT!!

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, since the information must be corroborated with the person/carrier that made the delivery, Wabi Solar will not be liable for any damages that may arise from the delay or non-delivery of orders, especially loss of profit or any consequential damage or loss arising from delay or loss of production that, as a consequence of the delay, the Client may suffer.
