Budgets, or economic offers, will only be valid in writing, and during the period indicated therein. If no period is indicated, it will be 30 days (10 days for third-party products). Wabi Solar reserves the right to supply products other than those ordered (including third-party products) at any time, guaranteeing that the functions, characteristics and operation of the products delivered will be equivalent to those ordered.
The price of the product and the terms and conditions of payment will be set out in the order confirmation.

The price excludes taxes, shipping, insurance and installation and structures. Currency exchange rates, tariffs, insurance and production costs (including those of components and services) may cause Wabi Solar to adjust its prices. Payment will be made at the time of placing the order or, under the conditions established in the order confirmation. Wabi Solar may suspend the delivery of the good or provision of the service until full payment. In case of late payment (delinquency), recovery costs will be charged, and a default interest of 1% will be applied on the amount owed for each month that said amount remains unpaid, from the payment due date and until your full payment. Wabi Solar reserves the right to require prior approval of credit or payment card debits and/or bank certification of checks.

The customer may pay for their confirmed order by depositing cash through a bank or by transferring the full amount to the bank account owned by Wabi Solar or its Sellers and published at the time of validating the order request. To avoid delays, it is recommended to indicate the order request number assigned in the payment or transfer concept. Additionally, the user will have the opportunity to pay their order request at the time and in advance by credit or debit card, PayPal, Bizum or any other available means.

In this case, once you have validated your order request, a secure connection will be established to the virtual payment gateway of the banking entity that manages the transaction. The payment process using a secured credit card provides security in the transaction since it is based on the international protocols verified by visa and mastercard securecode, which achieves the authentication of the owner when making the purchase, that is, the customer identifies himself as the legitimate owner of the card he is using.

Wabi Solar reserves the right not to accept a payment by card, if for any reason it is certain that it is being used fraudulently.
