The Customer will have access to the My Orders section to find out the status of the processing of their order request.
The estimated delivery time for home delivery orders is one (1) and five (5) working days for the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Wabi Solar and its Sellers will do everything possible to meet the delivery time indicated, informing the Customer via email or telephone of any circumstance that could affect the usual delivery time that they are aware of.
Due to the fact that Wabi Solar's on-line catalogue brings together the availability of products that can be found locally decentralised, it could be the case that, in orders of more than one product, several shipments are made and therefore partial deliveries are made until the order is completed. In the case of confirmed orders in which there are products with different delivery times, by default Wabi Solar will process the shipment when all the products are available.
TERMS OF DELIVERY:
For home deliveries of large volume products such as televisions, server cabinets, etc... Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted, Wabi Solar shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the delay or non-delivery of orders, in particular for loss of profit or any consequential damages arising from delay or loss of production that may be suffered by the Customer as a result of the delay.
